
Welcome to day 4 of your 10 day Yoga Challenge.
Today we are going to be opening up and strengthening the back and spine. Roll out your mat, turn off your phone and join Tash for the next 10 minutes for some stress relief.
Over the course of these 10 days we'll be covering :
Day 1 - Gentle body stretch
Day 2 - shoulders - you will need a strap
Day 3 - Hips - you may need a block
Day 4 - Spine
Day 5 - Core
Day 6 - Legs - you will need a strap
Day 7 - Shoulders - you might need a strap
Day 8 - Hips
Day 9 - Spine
Day 10 - The whole body!
You'll also be able to mix and match the workouts at the end of the 10 days to customise a routine that suits your needs, go the full 100 minutes or create a quick 20 or 30 minute stretch.
