In the Pantry today Tash takes you through a few different techniques to mastering your shoulder stand and plough pose.
These poses are not suitable for people with neck and shoulder injuries or anyone suffering from high blood pressure or eye conditions.
Please use common sense when practising at home and don't push your body past what it is willing to do.
Make sure you warm up your back, hamstrings and shoulders before practising these poses.
